Basic information for using Valydoc on your TV or other display.
How do I open a display on my TV?
Open your Valydoc Dashboard, choose the service you want to use, and open its display option. For portrait TVs, choose the rotation direction that matches how your screen is mounted.
What if the screen is rotated the wrong way?
Use the alternate portrait direction available from the Dashboard. Valydoc provides left and right rotation options for supported portrait displays.
Can I use Valydoc on a normal computer screen?
Yes. Supported services include display options designed for normal landscape screens as well as portrait TV layouts.
🎂 Birthday Slideshow
Help with family members, birthdays, events, memories, and birthday displays.
How do I add a family member?
Open Birthday Dashboard from the Main Dashboard and use the member-management tools to add the person's information and pictures.
How much Birthday storage do I have?
The individual Birthday plan currently includes 500 MB of Birthday storage.
Why is Birthday Slideshow locked?
Birthday Slideshow requires an active Birthday subscription, All Access subscription, or an active eligible free trial.

Help with uploading photos and opening your dedicated photo display.
How do I add photos?
Open Photo Slideshow from the Main Dashboard and choose Add More Photos. You can add your photo information and manage the slideshow from there.
How much Photo Slideshow storage do I have?
The individual Photo plan currently includes 500 MB of Photo Slideshow storage.
Why can't I open my Photo Slideshow?
Make sure you have created a photo slideshow and that your Photo service is available through your subscription or active eligible free trial.
📢 Advertising & Digital Menu

What does the Business plan include?
The Business plan provides access to Advertising and Digital Menu.
How much Business storage do I have?
The Business plan currently includes 1 GB shared across Advertising and Digital Menu content that counts toward the Business storage quota.
Where do I manage my ads and digital menus?
From the Main Dashboard, open Advertising Dashboard. It contains the tools for ads, displays, digital menus, playlists, branding, and related settings.

Answers about subscriptions, free-trial access, storage, and locked services.
What is the 15-Day Free All Access Trial?
Eligible new accounts receive 15 days of access to Birthday Slideshow, Photo Slideshow, Advertising, and Digital Menu without requiring a card for the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial ends, access is based on your paid subscriptions. Services not included in an active qualifying subscription become locked.
Does the free trial give me 2 GB of shared storage?
No. Trial access keeps the individual service storage limits: 500 MB Birthday, 500 MB Photo, and 1 GB Business shared by Advertising and Digital Menu.
How much storage comes with All Access?
A paid All Access subscription currently has 2 GB shared storage across the Valydoc Digital Signage services covered by the shared quota.
Why is one of my services locked?
A service can be locked when it is not included in your current subscription or when eligible trial access has ended. Use View Plans from your account or Dashboard to see the available subscription options.
