1. The Service
Valydoc Digital Signage is an independently operated digital-signage service that provides tools for creating, managing, and displaying content on TVs, monitors, computers, kiosks, and other compatible screens.
Available services may include Birthday Slideshow, Photo Slideshow, Advertising, Digital Menu, and related account, display, customization, storage, and management features.
Features may vary by subscription plan and may change as the service develops.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a Valydoc account.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and controlling access to devices connected to your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Valydoc promptly.
3. Free Trial
Eligible new accounts may receive a 15-day free All Access trial. The trial may provide temporary access to Birthday Slideshow, Photo Slideshow, Advertising, and Digital Menu.
A payment card is not required for Valydoc's account-based free trial. When the trial expires, continued access to paid features depends on an active qualifying subscription.
Trial availability, eligibility, and included features may be changed or discontinued for future users.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Valydoc may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices, billing cycles, included services, and storage allowances are presented before checkout and may vary by plan.
Paid subscriptions may renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout until canceled. Payments are processed through Stripe.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected service, billing cycle, and price before completing checkout.
Your subscription status determines which paid services and storage allowances are available to your account.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation and permanent account deletion are separate actions.
Unless otherwise stated for your plan or required by law, paid service access may continue until the end of the applicable paid billing period after cancellation.
Refund requests, duplicate or incorrect charges, partial refunds, and other billing issues are handled according to the Valydoc Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Storage and Uploaded Files
Valydoc plans may include storage limits for uploaded content. Current storage allowances depend on the applicable plan or service.
If an account reaches its storage limit, additional uploads may be restricted until storage is reduced or additional eligible capacity becomes available.
Storage limits, file-size limits, supported file types, and related service configurations may change as the service evolves.
You should keep your own copies of important files. Valydoc does not guarantee that uploaded content can always be recovered after deletion, account termination, technical failure, or expiration of applicable backups.
7. Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the photos, text, logos, menu information, advertisements, images, and other content that you upload or enter into Valydoc.
By uploading content, you grant Valydoc a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Valydoc service to you.
You must have the rights, consent, permission, or other lawful authority necessary to upload and display the content you provide.
If you upload information or photographs involving another person, including a child, family member, employee, customer, or other individual, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission or authority to use that content.
8. Birthday and Personal Display Content
Certain Valydoc features may allow account holders to enter personal information about family members or other individuals, including names, relationships, dates of birth, photographs, captions, and related celebration information.
You are responsible for deciding what information is entered into Valydoc and which information is shown on your display.
Information shown on a television, monitor, kiosk, or other physical display may be visible to people near that screen. You are responsible for the placement of the display and the audience that may view it.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use Valydoc to:
- Upload, display, or distribute content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
- Upload content that you do not have the right or permission to use.
- Upload malicious code, malware, or intentionally harmful files.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, server, database, or restricted part of the service.
- Interfere with, damage, overload, or intentionally disrupt the operation or security of the service.
- Use automated, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
- Use Valydoc to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct.
10. Content Review, Removal, and Appeals
Authorized Valydoc administrators may access uploaded content when reasonably necessary for technical support, troubleshooting, security, account administration, or enforcement of these Terms and related policies.
Valydoc may remove or restrict access to content that it reasonably believes is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, presents a security risk, or violates these Terms.
When reasonably possible, Valydoc will notify the account holder when content is removed or restricted. An account holder may request a review of the decision by contacting stephnely89@gmail.com.
Valydoc is not required to restore content when restoration would violate applicable law, create a security risk, or continue to violate these Terms.
11. Displays, Devices, and Internet Access
Valydoc is designed to operate through compatible web browsers, TVs, computers, TV boxes, kiosks, and similar devices. Performance can depend on your device, browser, operating system, network connection, screen configuration, and third-party services.
You are responsible for your own compatible hardware, internet access, device configuration, electrical service, and related third-party costs.
Valydoc does not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, display configuration, or third-party product.
12. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Changes
Valydoc may maintain, update, modify, add, or remove features as the service develops.
Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security updates, technical problems, hosting or network issues, third-party outages, or circumstances outside Valydoc's reasonable control.
While Valydoc works to provide a reliable service, uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
13. Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
Valydoc may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address security concerns, respond to suspected fraud or misuse, enforce these Terms, respond to nonpayment, or comply with legal obligations.
When reasonably appropriate, Valydoc may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before termination. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to address security, fraud, unlawful activity, or serious misuse.
Users may permanently delete their account through available account controls. Account deletion and data retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
Valydoc relies on third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including Hostinger for hosting and infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing.
Third-party services may experience outages, changes, or limitations outside Valydoc's control and may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
15. Valydoc Intellectual Property
The Valydoc service, including its software, design, branding, interface, and original platform content, is owned by or licensed to Valydoc and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Valydoc's software, branding, or platform technology to users.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, or distribute protected portions of the Valydoc service except as permitted by applicable law or with Valydoc's permission.
16. Privacy
Information associated with your use of Valydoc is handled as described in the Valydoc Privacy Policy.
17. Disclaimer
Valydoc Digital Signage is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valydoc does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or third-party system.
Valydoc does not guarantee that customer-uploaded content will be suitable for every display environment or audience. Users are responsible for reviewing their own content before displaying it.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valydoc will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss of content, business interruption, lost revenue, or problems caused by user devices, internet service, or third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. User Responsibility for Claims
You are responsible for claims, disputes, or consequences arising from content you upload or display when those claims result from your violation of another person's rights, applicable law, or these Terms.
This section does not require a user to assume responsibility for losses caused solely by Valydoc where applicable law provides otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
Valydoc may update these Terms from time to time as services, features, technology, billing practices, or applicable requirements change.
When changes are made, the effective date or last-updated date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes, Valydoc may also provide notice by email, through a user account, or by another reasonable method.
The current version of these Terms will be available through the Valydoc website.
